This is an area that I really struggle with. I took the REVEAL survey and it was a real eye opener when I had to answer that i've shared the Gospel to less than 1 person this past year and only invited 1 person to church!! I am part of a small group of friends that meets weekly for a bible study and sometimes we go out to restaurants for our meetings. I have to admit that i still get (although i'm getting better) a little uncomfortable when people look at our table and see us reading aloud from the bible and praying together. I know that this is not because i am ashamed of my faith, but a small part of my ego and pride (satan) trying to get in the way of good Christian fellowship. Satan tries to get me to worry about what others might think or that i might offend someone. I have learned from one experience specifically when a person came up to me as we were leaving and said "it's so inspiring to see a group of men praying together for everyone to see"....she concluded "the world would be a better place if that happened more often". I remember that each time my ego tries to get in the way of showing the world the good news that is the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
